Summary: This proposal outlines how the Pennsylvania State Network Project (PA-SNP) through the Pennsylvania Pest Management Information Center (PMIC) can use currently established networks with the Pennsylvania division of the National Agricultural Statistics Service (PA-NASS), the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (PDA), University extension specialists, and commodity groups to serve the required functions by continuing to meet, but not limited to, the following objectives:

Objectives: 1) To serve as primary source for all requests regarding the use of IPM tactics and pest management practices in Pennsylvania;

2) Increase input from stakeholders through a functional advisory committee and develop ongoing interaction with IWGs;

3) Maintain a Web site and other communication pathways with the Northeastern IPM Center (NEIPMC) as well as other key agencies and commodity groups; and

4) Acquire funding to support data collection and other objectives of the PMIC.
